Please go through the checkout and purchase as usual. Shipping will not be calculated until the order is processed. You will be contacted by a representative from Fisherman's Outfitters to process your shipping cost in a separate transaction. Oversize Items

Pricing, shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice. Oversize, heavy-weight or bulky items, including outrigger poles, harpoons, gaffs, rods, tuna bags, bait nets and totes, and coolers, will incur additional shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges can be calculated at the time of processing. If you are placing an order online for an oversize item subject to additional shipping, we will need to talk with you before the item(s) can be shipped. Once we have spoken with you, we will bill your credit card for the amount of the shipping of the oversize items. You will always be made aware of any additional charges prior to shipment. Other shipping options are available at an additional charge.

Return Policy

We strive to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Fisherman’s Outfitter, simply return it to us within two weeks of our ship date in its original packaging. Products returned after 14 Days of receiving are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient and not Fisherman’s Outfitter. Custom/Special orders are exempt from return. All returns must have an authorization code, so please call in all returns before shipping back to Fisherman’s Outfitter. Unpacked items may not be used before return. While a credit or refund will be given for the value of the returned product, we do not reimburse you for shipping and handling. All returned Spreader Bars, Daisy Chains and other Rigged Lures will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
